Diana Vickers is known for her distinctive, retro style – and she’s become a regular face in the front row at fashion week – so it’s not surprisingly really that she’s made to leap from signer to designer with her new line forVery.co.uk, Dee V.
The singer’s produced a great capsule collection of eight pieces – which hit the web yesterday – inspired by the 1960′s, which includes short shiftdresses, flared jeans and a really beautiful embroidered A-line skirt.
Of her line, Diana said, “It’s fun with a sophisticated twist. It’s full of quirky prints and bold, fun colours.”
“The pieces all reflect my approach to fashion, which is generally to try and have fun and I think this is what customers would expect. I want people to look at the collection and see that it has come from me,” she added.
